Customer Journey is the total journey of a customer, from first engagement with a brand or product, to purchase and beyond.
Customer journeys are often used to create customer lifecycle maps, which show the various stages of the customer lifecycle and how marketing efforts can influence them. Customer journeys help marketers understand where they can make changes to improve the overall experience for their customers as well as identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services.
