Customer Churn

Customer churn is the percentage of customers you lose from your business over a given period of time. For example, if 100 customers purchased from your company in the last year and only 80 remain after one year, then your customer churn rate is 20%.

Customer Churn = (Lost Customers ÷ Total Customers at the Start of Time Period) x 100
