B2B Digital Marketplace

B2B digital marketplaces are websites or cloud applications that connect buyers and sellers in a particular industry. They’re often called “marketplaces” because they facilitate transactions between two parties. Digital marketplaces are also places where business-to-business (B2B) companies can build relationships with vendors, distributors, partners, and resellers.

This type of platform often offers businesses multiple digital products and services including ecommerce solutions, payment processing, and customer support. Typically these services are delivered via software applications and then subscribed to on a monthly or yearly basis, commonly referred to as SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription.
