Customers can use a cloud marketplace to search for SaaS products or IT services based on needs such as the service offered, the hosting environment, cost, performance, or technology integration requirements.
When customers have found what they’re looking for, they can place an order directly with the vendor or partner who owns the product or service, depending on the type of cloud marketplace. The vendor will then offer them a range of payment options including subscription pricing models or pay as you go options.
