In line with information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we have cancelled all events through April, and eliminated all business-related travel.
Our cloud-based solutions business enables us to continue operations remotely. We’ve implemented temporary work-from-home programs to empower and equip our associates affected by school closures or other local government recommendations.
To continue serving our partners and customers, we have a robust Business Continuity Management Program in place, which includes Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Emergency Action Plans (EAP) that have been updated per ISO certification and are applicable to our individual offices and facilities.
Regarding our CloudBlue services and support, Business Continuity Plans have been tested to minimize or mitigate any potential disruption. For active Professional Services projects and active Managed Services subscriptions, we will continue to provide support virtually. We do not anticipate any disruption of any CloudBlue Services.
Our strong partner network and real estate footprint give us flexibility as we monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our business and on the industry. We will make every effort to understand and offset the potential impact of production and delivery delays.
