We are a platform born in the cloud, with microservices architecture and we use cutting-edge technology, from Docker to Kubernetes, Python, Vue and the latest versions of Java.
We’ve implemented solutions like CQRS to exchange data across our microservices. CQRS wasn’t well integrated into Python, so we created our own solution and, because we are committed to open source, released it on our GitHub channel. On the frontend, we use VueJS and libraries like Ramda for functional programming. These frontends consume public APIs and our clients can do the same as in the UI with their own programming. This means whoever designs the APIs has to do a very good job.
You’ll take part in design and implementation, using agile methodologies that must be timed to certain releases. Being part of this means you won’t only be implementing the features, you’ll also be an essential part of maintaining and evolving them, doing things like testing (automated), supportability and even customer care in some cases. We want committed individuals, and nothing breeds commitment like a sense of ownership. At CloudBlue, we know this well and we want you to feel the product is yours.
We highly value collaboration among all involved, not only on the technical team, but also with managers, partners, other teams, etc. This helps us make the best decisions and generate the best solutions.
At CloudBlue, everyone has a voice and a vote. We value your opinion and encourage you to speak up and share your ideas and thoughts. This is important in defining tasks where all opinions count and are heard and there is a huge desire from our leadership to help you continue improving.
We believe the best collaboration is done in person, but we also communicate a lot using tools like instant messengers and video conference systems.
We also host business sessions to share the company’s future strategies, from A to Z. In these sessions, you have the freedom to ask questions or suggest whatever improvements you deem necessary.
Our team is diverse, collaborative and tight knit with people coming from all walks of life. We are a dynamic multicultural organization from different countries, including Argentina, Colombia, Italy, Russia and more, but we work as one. English is the organization’s common language.

Here each person is accountable for their own work. At CloudBlue, seniority is not about experience. It’s about results.
You decide how to organize your work and manage your time. Getting the job done is what matters.
