Sub-Processors

Just as you have placed your trust in CloudBlue, so have we placed our trust in certain strategic vendors. CloudBlue may need to use third-party subcontractors or other Affiliates for the provision of the services. When using subcontractors, CloudBlue (i) carefully selects its service providers to perform the services we commit to our clients. (ii) executes necessary agreements with such subcontractors, and (iii) requests from its subcontractors to comply with all applicable laws and requirements for the processing of personal data. The sub-processors can be of 3 different types:
  • Affiliates
  • Infrastructure Providers
  • Third parties
