The new “Experience” interface is now the default for both resellers and end customers. It’s faster, cleaner, and built for better scalability and supportability; helping make every task simpler and quicker.
🧮 Rating Engine V2
Meet the new standard for billing excellence. Our upgraded Rating Engine V2 (REv2) has been rebuilt for speed, scalability, and precision, especially for Microsoft and Adobe services.
It’s now the default for new subscriptions, and we encourage existing customers to reach out to their Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to start the migration.

For partners integrating external ERP systems, billing just got easier. The updated Billing API now enables smoother synchronization. Including support for adding Universal Payment Methods and paying orders directly via API.

From faster loading and pagination to enhanced filtering and support for 100+ plans, your Commerce environment now performs better than ever.
📦 Better Catalog Support for End-of-Sale Services
Managing legacy or EoS services no longer requires manual updates. The platform now fully supports updates and changes through PPR and PLM.
🧾 Login Audit Trail
Security and compliance matter. Audit Trails now give partners complete visibility into user activity within the system.
🪟 Improved Supportability for Microsoft Services
We’ve refined Microsoft-specific duration and proration calculations for pinpoint billing accuracy. Other highlights include:
- Partner of Record (POR) support in the purchase flow
- Updated Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) alignment
- Ability to remove subscriptions from Seamless Move without restarting the process
