Challenge

Dell wanted to add syndicated Office 365 to its own cloud services lineup, but since it was a third-party solution, Dell IT would not support it directly.

Approach

Dell compared several managed support services, but ultimately selected Datacom to provide Office 365 to Dell as a managed service after recommendations from CloudBlue and Microsoft.
