Warranty Support
In conjunction with End User Support, CloudBlue’s Warranty Support services process the returned units received through the RMA process. Upon receipt of the unit, CloudBlue’s experienced technicians develop a repair estimate for submittal to the warranty service provider or the end user. Upon approval of the estimate, the repair is performed and the unit is returned to the end user or inventory (in the case of Advanced Exchange). CloudBlue manages the entire process end-to-end, including financial transactions, on behalf of its clients.
