Reclamation & RMA Services

Through CloudBlue’s End User Support, customers can arrange an RMA to return their item for repair or exchange. Once the RMA is established, CloudBlue ensures the end user has packaging, return paperwork and a return shipping label in order to reclaim the unit. If packaging is required, all items are shipped to the end user. Otherwise, the end user can choose between shipment or e-mail for the paperwork and return shipping label. All information is recorded in CloudBlue’s asset management system.
