Program Management

To meet the rigorous demands of a Depot Repair Program, CloudBlue assigns an experienced and dedicated Program Manager to each client. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact, with a documented escalation path, to facilitate service needs and resolve any issues that may arise. The Program Manager also oversees the assigned repair technicians to ensure quality performance, and client inventory for accuracy. CloudBlue’s commitment to clients’ service requirements is backed by a Quarterly Business Review (QBR). The QBR identifies CloudBlue’s performance to the specified Service Level Agreements and provides the opportunity for CloudBlue and its clients to work together toward continuous improvement.
