Onsite Degaussing Services

CloudBlue eliminates the risk of data leaving your premises by bringing data destruction technology to you. CloudBlue provides onsite degaussing services to demagnetize a wide variety of electronic storage media. To ensure the security of our clients’ data, our mobile degaussing units apply a magnetic force of 9000 Oersteds, almost twice the level of the coercivity of today’s disk drives. The mobile degausser can process up to 300 drives/tapes per hour. Upon completion, all degaussed storage media is transported in a secure container to the nearest CloudBlue facility for physical shredding.
