End-of-Lease Management

At the end of an equipment lease, specific procedures must be followed to formally complete the leasing transaction. CloudBlue can provide all the reconciliation services that equipment lessors and lessees need to quickly and easily terminate lease agreements and maximize the residual value of the retired equipment.

For lessors, CloudBlue cosmetically and functionally tests assets to ensure the condition and identity of products returned, matching them to serial numbers and leasing schedules. We also audit any like-for-like substitutions that are permissible and sanitize all media devices. We then refurbish the equipment and remarket to obtain the highest possible return on the lessor's residual value.
