To reduce client costs, promote reuse and maximize recovery values, CloudBlue harvests and warehouses working parts and components from failed assets. Component parts are audited and tested to ensure they are in working order, then placed in inventory. For Depot Repair customers, client-specific inventories are maintained and managed to minimize procurement needs. Asset recovery clients benefit from CloudBlue’s own inventory of parts and components, which are utilized to reduce repair costs. Since CloudBlue’s remarketing database contains market values for parts and components, those items that exceed required inventory levels or are not typically reused within CloudBlue are packaged for Remarketing.
