Advanced Exchange

To reduce downtime and expense, and increase customer satisfaction, CloudBlue offers an Advanced Exchange Program. Utilizing the knowledge attained through our repair services, CloudBlue manages your inventory to ensure sufficient supply of items and allocates specific quantities as available for Advanced Exchange. We work directly with the end user to issue an RMA and reclaim the defective item, which is received and repaired through our standard repair process. All information is recorded in CloudBlue’s asset management system and available through our web portal and/or data feed as required.
